In celebration of Islamic History Month Canada, and as a tribute to our community pioneers and dedicated volunteers over the many decades since we began gathering as a community, we are pleased to present our documentary film: PRAIRIE MOSQUE: A Mosque to Call Home.
 
Date: Friday, October 26
Time: 7PM to 9PM (doors open 6:30PM)
Place: Centre Culturel Franco-Manitobain - 340 Provencher Blvd.

This film is part of our larger effort to enhance the visual archive of our community and collect and preserve grassroots stories. We hope to continue this process and look forward to connecting with more people in the future, inshaAllah. We are also very grateful to those who have responded and contributed to this process, which is ongoing.
 
This project is completely self-initiated. The film has been funded by:
